We want every concern to reach the right team and be reviewed fairly.
Our commitment
QuickUpay takes customer concerns seriously. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from our grievance process.
How to raise a complaint
Send your complaint to admin@quickupay.com or call +91 931 931 7770. You can also use the contact form and select the Grievance department.
Information to include
- Your name and registered mobile number.
- Transaction reference or account detail, where relevant.
- A clear description of the issue and the date it occurred.
- Any supporting screenshot or document.
How we handle complaints
We aim to acknowledge a complaint promptly and resolve it within a reasonable period. Complex cases that need partner verification may take longer; we will keep you informed of the status.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response, reply to the same email thread and ask for escalation. Include the original complaint reference so the review can be traced.
Security and confidentiality
Please do not share passwords, PINs or OTPs in a complaint. We will never ask for them. Share only the information needed to investigate the issue.
