About QuickUpay

These terms govern your use of the QuickUpay website, web application and mobile app operated by QUICK UPAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced here.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must meet the onboarding requirements for the services you use. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

Account registration & KYC

Access to certain services requires an account and completion of verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Our services

QuickUpay provides technology and facilitation for payments, recharge, bill payments and related digital services. Service availability depends on partners, location, verification and applicable rules. We may add, modify or withdraw a service where necessary.

Transactions

You are responsible for the accuracy of transaction details. Once submitted, a transaction may not be cancellable. Status shown in the platform reflects information available to us at that time and may update as partners respond.

Payments, failed transactions & refunds

Failed, duplicate or disputed transactions are reviewed under the applicable service rules. Refund eligibility and timelines are described in the refund policy. Bank or partner charges may apply where relevant.

Your responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your login details, PINs and OTPs confidential.
• Verify customer and beneficiary details before submitting a transaction.
• Report errors or suspected fraud promptly.

Prohibited use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use it for money laundering or any unlawful activity, or submit false information. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

Third-party services

Some services are delivered with banks, payment networks and other partners. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control, though we will help resolve issues through the appropriate channel.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but maintenance, outages, partner downtime or events beyond our control may interrupt service. We may suspend or restrict access for security, legal or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuickUpay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
